Yes, it really is a pity. Their dolls are really beautiful. Their customer service is a mess, to say the least, their "Warranty", as published on their web site, is a joke - and not a good one either. We had better warranty in Germany a whole century ago. Hopefully, other manufacturers are catching up with beautiful silicone ladies.

We believe the damage is consistent to a drop during shipping, but also could be caused by customs handling. Was the shipment international? What we are certain of is it is not the practice of Sanhui nor any of our vendors or manufacturers to ship dolls in damaged condition. If it were we would be overflowing with complaints. But we assure you that if any vendor shows a pattern that may be conducive to unfilled prepaid member orders or bait and switch, the vendor would be very quickly quarantined and blacklisted.
Most manufacturers and vendors here have had complaints. It is just part of merchandising. Some complaints are legitimate and some are not. We investigate every one that is submiotted to us for mediation. Gregsone is the only complaint of this type to date for Sanhui, so there is no established pattern of wrong doing on Sanhui's part. We have also been in discussion with Gregsone for the purpose of mediation after our previous staff member became ill. Mediation is like peace talks. It is hard to mediate when the person seeking remuneration is doing everything in their power to undermine the dispute process. Driving customers away so the business won't have the funds to commit to a refund isn't conducive to generating good will TDF has been very successful in mediating for its members, but if members do not abide to our requests for a 'ceasefire' long enough for TDF to mediate, they destroy good will and hinder our ability to arrive to do our job..
TDF protects all its members including vendors and manufacturers from damaging unproven statements.
Please, everyone be aware of Rule 10:
Please refrain from posting about this case until we are done our investigation and mediation.Do not post unsupported claims regarding people or products. If you have an opinion make sure you state that it is your opinion AND support that opinion with hard facts or evidence, preferably by an established authority if it is not based on firsthand experience. Even opinions can be damaging to businesses and subject to lawsuits.

They probably pay the highest advertising fee to show up firsttoddjy wrote:So, why is Sanhui a sticky on every other manufacturer page? I could see if it was a company that made all the dolls and everyone was just hiring them to make the dolls that the other companies designed. But that doesn't seem to be the case.
