Just found a quality check photo showing Saki with black eyes. Btw it is not 156 but 155. Boobs are big.

A little tip for checking between fixed vagina and removable one. Push the stomach and see if the air comes much from the hole. If so, there should be an insert inside. If not, it is fixed vagina.

Perhaps calling her a "teenage girl with baby fat" wasn't the best description to use...... remember, only 28.5% of teen ages are legal.

Yes. In case of this, I recommend 151 which owns bigger breast for this head instead of 156, of which the breast would be a bit too small.
