Buying IronTech Torso from Beutiful Dolls

Anna and Joy from Beautiful Dolls has made my purchasing experience very pleasant. Initially I was on the fence about buying a doll because I didn’t want to wait months (from the nightmare stories) for the doll and then take on more responsibility and cost to maintain the doll.
Reason for choosing
The deciding factor that I chose to Beautiful Dolls is their excellent prices and phenomenal customer service. As a new buyer, I needed to find a reputable vendor rather then gamble on the reliability of the supplier to ship me a doll half way across the world; I heard of the terrible stories where the supplier stops communicating with you once they get your money. Also, Beautiful Dolls was the most responsive vendor, the time it takes a vendor to reply to me once; Beautiful Dolls has already responded to me 3 times.
Friendly Staff
Anna and Joy answered all my questions regarding production and delivery time, they convinced me that the doll would not take too long to arrive from production time to delivery. At no point did they ever tired to pressure sell me, made me feel I was wasting their time, they answered my questions honestly and confidently. When did decided to buy the IronTech torso in September; after I paid, Joy informed me that the wig I wanted was out of stock. Joy was very helpful choosing another wig, she even had the supplier send me factory pictures of 2 wigs I was inquiring about.
Conclusion
Today my doll (half doll) has arrived, although there are some minor damages and I didn’t get the wig I wanted (oh well...mistakes happen). I am satisfied with my purchase!

I chose the skin of my first doll to be black, thinking that it would be more resistant to stains.
And you can tell I have a terrible taste in choosing wigs.
