The beauty of the feet of standing dolls.
The beauty of the feet of standing dolls.
Interesting section, read it.
I would like to share my not only invention, but rather advice to doll manufacturers.
Maybe I'm wrong, but I observe that all manufacturers have legs of standing dolls that have bolts that are not covered by anything. Which allow the dolls to stand.
I covered these same bolts at mine with caps for furniture bolts of the corresponding color!
It began to look much more aesthetically pleasing and the stockings on the legs stopped tearing!
Why don't manufacturers make such plugs at the factory right away !?

They only work with the M6 button head foot screws, so you would need to verify that on your doll.

BTW, you can dye the white nylon caps with Rit Dyemore (chocolate brown) to a nice flesh tone.FutureIsRobots wrote:Oh, this made my day. I had given up trying to find these anywhere!I have some available on my Shapeways shop (link in my signature).

1/2 teaspoon dye in 2 cups hot water - you can adjust darkness by adjusting the dye time.

Although for the first doll I made them myself on a lathe in my workshop.
