Let it Snow

Twas the night before Christmas......
Nope. It wasn't like that at all.
The day before Christmas was miserable.
It rained the entire day.
Not a spec of snow anywhere.

It rained all morning as Giorgi put the star on the Christmas tree.

It rained all afternoon while she hung the decorations.

It rained all evening as she set up the nativity scene.

I have just one wish for Christmas, Giorgi said before heading off to bed.

While Giorgi slept, the rain stopped and the temperature started dropping.
I hoped for the best but feared the worst as I snuggled into bed between Daria and Giorgi.

I awoke first to put on the coffee for my ladies.
Wake up! Wake up! You have to see this.

It snowed!!!

A Christmas miracle. This is exactly what I wished for.

Let's make a Snowman.

Sorry. No time for a snowman today.
We've got presents to open.

we prefer rain over snow because you don't have to shovel rain off the driveway or scrape it off the roof.

Yes, but in Binky's case that shouldn't be a problem, I bet he lets Daria take care of it!

@hqwebsite - LeTitsNow! - That's quite clever. I never realized the the alternate interpretation.

This post accurately describes the weather we got this Christmas.
Rain all Christmas Eve and then waking up to snow on Christmas morning.

This was one of our fastest photoshoots ever.
It was actually shot on Christmas day in a tiny window of opportunity when Giorgi and I were alone.
From the first picture to the last, the elapsed time was 18 minutes.
The photo of Daria and Giorgi in bed was borrowed from an earlier photo shoot.
If you are curious, in that photshoot I get into bed between them and some magic happens. --> Giorgi meets Daria 2.0
