My thought would be somewhat more of a smaller & slimmer head like a YL Kelly head. It will enhance and compliment her T&A - especially with a long straight wig.

Installing a round face with a “big” hair for this YL 146 model makes her look like an “oompa loompa” character — nothing wrong with that either if you are heading to bed through the yellow brick road...
