No response from Lovedolls

I ordered a doll on jun 27th and received factory photos today july 21st I'll update in a new thread when she arrives. So he is around. I had contacted through various emails I found around their webpage, but the one that responded in a single day was

I didn't get an answer back either. My questions was about the Textured Vaginas. If you order with the Insert Vagina do you still have the option of Texture? Or is the internal Texture option only available with the built in vagina? Does anyone know. Thanks.

I can not answer that question because I do not know. You may consider asking in manufacturer specific forum, since all the dolls to my knowledge would be constructed in the jinsan factory.

I ordered an attachment from Lovedolls back in June. 3 weeks later, the package arrived but with the wrong attachment. I sent an email and got a quick reply from Adam saying they would ship the one I ordered. It's now been 5 weeks and no package or replies to any of the emails I have sent asking for an update.

I have tried to contact lovedolls several times and I have had no answer at all . That is why I have changed my mind and bought products to more trustful firms . It seems they do not care about customers ,their web is good ,prices are cheap but with those actions this place seems to be a fake and a place not to care about . This is my opinion ,maybe others had been lucky but , what I have felt is that it is a fake place.

My experience with lovedolls as the first and only vendor i have used can be summed up as a mixed bag overall
i got a great doll with the options i ordered,i had a tariff charge for the shipment which i was compensated for,that was solid on their behalf
I also ordered 2 sets of eyes,a couple of inserts and a tpe sample awhile after getting my doll
i can relate to the numerous emails needed,it hasn't exactly been a smooth process but in the end i have received all the kit i should have
