Need help with lips

Hello. My poor TPE girl has a glossy finish on her lips that has been cracking for some time now and I would like to fix it. Got any suggestions?

Just use baby oil to remove the old coloring and redo it with regular lip-gloss. I use Black Opal brand, but there are many others that work just as well.
