My first article has arrived!

As promised, my first academic article is up based on interviews and observations. It is my first on the subject, and I plan to write at least one more. So feel free to send me ideas / critiques after you've read it.

This article will basically be the first chapter (of three) for my dissertation.

Nice work, Ken. One of the most objective treatises that I've read on this topic and it seems quite clear that you did not embark on this intellectual journey with aims to validate any preconceived notions or promote an agenda.
