AI Allure hip repair [Need advice]

I have 3 part silicone repair kit and RTV shinetsu.

I think I can close the wound with RTV but It seem like both pipe in the hip is also broken and it increase the range of motion of her legs.

I know nothing about 4woods doll skeleton is there any advice for repairing this?

But imo you shouldve went from the side of the hip rather than the back. Sure you can add lots of silicone back but it'll be a nasty scar.

Did you open to try to repair the leg?

Can you make videos showing the damaged parts moving?

Hi,
Did you contact 4Woods Japan or 4Woods Europe before opening to get their opinion?
I think your method is wrong. It would have been better to open the doll on the side. The repair kit is made to repair small sores... Your doll would need an intervention at the workshop....

Alright, If I assume that the open pipe end seen in the first picture runs up to the top of the pelvis, then it looks like your eye-bolt (and plug) has popped out of the lower pelvis. This would be the first break of this kind I have seen.

We need a picture of the top end of the thigh bone. It should be a nut, then a metal disk, then a shaft leading to a joint. I need a picture of the end of the thigh bone from the end and from the side.

Also, grab a-hold of that pipe end and make sure it is attached to the rest of the doll's skeleton. It should not wiggle around and should feel attached to the full pelvis.

1.The doll is open the wound by herself not because I attempt to repair something.
2.I still waiting answer from 4woodsJP but just come to ask you guy for some experience.
3.I will try to get information that jack mention but can that be done without cutting the side silicone line open?

Yes, just poke your finger into the hole that is there already. Touch things. Grab a-hold of that pipe end you can see and make sure it is attached to the rest of the doll's skeleton. It should not wiggle around and should feel attached to the full pelvis.

Yes the pipe is steady it connect to the plate and the plate connect to leg bone or something like that.
The orange stick is end of the oxygen tube in the doll.

As of lately the doll show sign of broken like this picture. For some reason the hard foam in her hip starting to tear down and make silicone skin suffer the same fate. I still can’t figure it out the cause of this problem and when the wound open it pour out the tiny black carbon as you guy seen in the picture.

I also have a plan to close the wound include in the picture not sure it will work or not.
***I will let RTV fully cure then apply 4woods kit

Oops, full stop! That is not the structure I expected.
That welded bar/plate has thrown me.
I don't see an actual break in the skeleton from the images, but it is a strange skeleton setup to me.
There is a possibility that the damage is limited to foam and silicone. That may be due to loose joints and over extension.
Mew, did the legs get loose to move over time, or did they get tight and then break loose?
Do you really think the metal is broken in the joint?

Not sure if I fully understand you question. The things is when I received the doll every joints is really stiff and hard to move after that it starting to loose (I mean almost every joint from head to feet) before this wound happen her right leg (not wounded)will get loose and can’t be pose to the new position but sometime it can be use normally after that the left leg that can be use normally and not loose get wounded.
