Does the 5 posts restriction count reply or only OP?

Does the 5 posts restriction count reply or only OP?

Hi,

I've been trying to enable the PM function, especially to reply others' PM sent to me. The rules say "after your 5th post is approved, you may send PM". I wonder if that only counts original posts (1 whole thread started by me = 1, and need 5 to unlock PM), or replies too?
