My Spinner is an insert doll. Without insert the cavity is 18cm deep, with a hole at the end for fixing the skeleton in the mold. However, I have also noticed with other manufacturers that the hole is not closed with an insert.

As long as you hit insert there, the cleaning does not cause any problems. Otherwise, you have to get creative. The problem with my doll was that there was also a hole in the anal cavity. Who does not notice this and uses the doll has someday very big problems.
