Water-based lubricants should be used, water and mild soap for washing.

But some of the golden rules I've learned here on our forum are:
- Never over-inflate your Doll, and
- Never lean your full weight on your Doll if you want it to last longer..

So I guess it is possible to insert a penis into a Hi-End Doll with dog-bone
holes for removable TPE inserts, but you have to take strict care of everything,
both the pressure inside the Doll and the external pressure on the Doll....

For Transsex-Girls, I think the important question
is the size and shape of the penis?

I think it would be a good option that the same girl models
are available with more different size and penis shapes...

Thinking in another direction, it would be good for each Trans-Girl
model to have different size and shape of the penis..

However, I don't think it's an ideal solution
that all T-Girl Models use the same ver of penis size and shape..
