Assistance Needed
I placed an order for AIBEI Head #179 on May 31st. I’ve reached out twice to the support staff, the most recent support request number is 862. I haven’t gotten a response or any updates. I figured maybe I could get SEXXDOLLS CO’s attention here to see what’s going on

I don't know if they're understaffed, or just are part time. Or if they're really busy.
Riley is a WM 100cm. I wanted standing bolts. And I wanted the slightly smaller breasts. I think she has the large breasts. And no standing bolts.

I’ve made purchases through this vendor before. Elizabeth was usually responded in a reasonable timeframe. The last time I got a response on a previous order (in December) it was someone new, named Evelyn. This kind of customer service is new to me for this vender. I feel like I’m being ignored. In other news, Emma from their customer service finally contacted me. Can’t say I’m pleased with the response as the head hasn’t been shipped yet when the order was placed weeks ago. In fact, the email said the order is just now going into production. I don’t put this blame on Emma. Perhaps they’re playing catch-up on the orders from other customers? I’m at least glad a reply was established.
