Are there nude pornstar pillow covers, with holes/entrances for air dolls, sex toys, etc?
Just from a Google search of 'pornstar pillow covers', I could only see stuff like this -

Which I feel would be something that like a Spencer's Gifts or Hot Topic would sell (if anyone is as old as I am), and not designed for sex toys/pillows
