151cm "Rong" w/ "Julie" head

Frist doll, first review. So bear in mind that I have zero basis for comparison, and as someone who takes everything I read online with a grain of salt, I also had no real idea what to expect. So with that in mind...

She's absolutely gorgeous. The attention to detail from the Starpery team is outstanding. She has the most adorable freckles across her chest & shoulders. From what I had learned before pulling the trigger on this order, these paint jobs on TPE dolls are very temporary. But as someone who values hygiene over aesthetics, I'm happy to report that after a thorough washing, the freckles are still there. The "tan line" paint, however, hasn't held up so well as you can see in the pic. I was on the fence about that option anyway, so the only real bummer is how bad it looks while it's in the process of disappearing. On that note, when washing is recommended, everyone everywhere says "antibacterial soap." ALL SOAP IS ANTIBACTERIAL. The added ingredients in "antibacterial soaps" are probably why people are watching their hyperrealism paint wash away. I just used a mild hand soap diluted in water & sprayed her down a few times.

Before deciding on this body & head combo, I was aware that any head other than "Rong" on this body can result in a disproportionate look. Even in the factory photos I received, her head looked much too large for her body. But I like the face, and I like the body, so I was willing to tolerate a bit of non-realism. I'm very glad to say that the disproportionate effect is entirely unnoticeable in person. Staring at her now while she lies in my bed, her head does not look at all out of proportion. Not saying that would be the case with *any* head, but it is true of Julie at least. The same thing is true of her hands, which in photos look way too big for her frame. In real life though, they're perfect.

Regarding "function", several posts here mentioned this body's nearly-inaccessible entrances. Not the case, for me at least. Both the vagina and anus feel extremely life-like and were not at all difficult to penetrate as others have reported. I guess I should mention I'm a pretty average 6.5". Your mileage might vary beyond that, but imo probably not by much. Bearing in mind this is the "Julie" head, the oral function is also pretty amazing. The internal textures that Starpery uses for their "love holes" are all outstanding, significantly more enjoyable than my fleshslights.

So...I'm pretty stoked on her. I had shopped around between different brands for weeks for my first doll, and Starpery's commitment to realism drew me in. They didn't disappoint at all.

Thanks for the review Hooza, and congratulations on getting your lady. I agree with you that her head does not look large for her body,
if it ever bothers you it can be remedied with a wig or hairstyle change. I have known real women that have dealt with similar problems
quite successfully . Besides it makes her unique and I think She is a little Hottie.

Thanks for the review, happy to hear everything worked out. I looked into the 151cm body for the Hedy head and had the same concerns. Pretty sure Hedy and Julie have the same size heads so maybe Hedy would be fine with that body, too.

The most surprising thing out of your experience though was that the default soft head oral worked fine for you. Pretty sure you are lucky enough to have the only pleasant experience with oral on the Starpery soft heads that I've read on these forums. I looked all over and found nothing but painful experiences even with dudes about your size. Many have also ended up with tearing on their doll mouths. I wonder if Starpery is changing something on even their existing non ROS oral/soft heads to make them actually usable now. If they are I wish they'd tell us because that would REALLY affect my decision on my next doll...

Anyways, once again congrats on a very successful first dive into the wonderful world of sex dolls!!

I had read the same thing regarding oral, so I was very pleasantly surprised. Also, Hedy is who brought Starpery to my attention. Stunning face, gorgeous figure. But as someone with a very small space, I figured a smaller-framed doll would be best for now. Only reason I didn't pick the Hedy head is because of some pics I had seen in my searches regarding this model. The Julie head (which is also gorgeous and I do not regret at all) seemed narrower than Hedy's, so I ultimately decided it might be a better fit. It wasn't until she showed up that I realized the disproportionate look in photos doesn't translate to real-world experience.

Also, I'm not much of a photographer and after just 3 days I'm obviously still trying to work out how to pose her, but I can't help but show her off. The booty is supreme, but the tiddies are also wonderful.

Oh and, to anyone considering this body...US girls size 8 fits her figure perfectly. It did feel a bit weird buying stuff in that size range, but on the upside I got her a bunch of really cute Nintendo undies for hecky cheap.

Outstanding! you will get used to posing. Just put her in sexy clothes in a position that makes you want to have at her.
Surprised they are still having problems with mouth splits, had the problem with dolls in the past just used extra caution.
With the new materials I thought that problem was solved.
