that's the problem of putting a stuffed manikin a latex body it may be a little to small in some or all area's ,thighs etc. and if so will leave a saggy place on the skin(loose) that's why i was talking about taking panty hose and filling each part , lower leg with fiberfill until full and tie off them fill another for the thigh part fill till full in the leg nd tie off etc. that way you get each part filled fully with the skin.it also will allow the doll to bend the leg etc,

i am glad that others are keeping the lightweight doll with latex skin alive , since the latex doll market stopped producing latex dolls. even though these aren't inflatable , they are still latex and can be light weight and stuffed ( no not that way lol ) .

I think this might be relevant. It’s a lot of work, but it could work as a flex layer between the skin and core. I don’t know if this kind of foam is affordable though.
