Silicone Doll Gel Breast Repair Tutorial: Fixing a Deflated Breast
Silicone Doll Gel Breast Repair Tutorial: Fixing a Deflated Breast
Have you ever encountered the problem of a deflated gel boob on your silicone doll? In this blog post, Coeros will teach you how to fix a deflated silicone doll gel chest.
Tools Required:
300CC medical syringe, #16 needle (1.6*38mm, needle length 53mm), Silicone AB Gel, transparent disposable cup, high-precision gram scale, and a stirring rod.
Please note that it's not AB mix silicone glue, but AB mix soft silicone gel. If AB mix soft silicone gel is not available, you can opt for an aloe-based gel. The 300CC medical syringe and the #16 needle are given as a reference; we chose a larger capacity syringe based on the noticeable chest collapse, which requires a significant amount of gel for refilling.
Steps:
Utilize the high-precision gram scale and the disposable cup to pour out A and B solvents in a 1:1 ratio. The required volume can be estimated based on the degree of collapse of your silicone doll's gel breast. Ensure both liquid volumes are precisely equal, or else the mixture will fail to solidify.
Use the stirring rod to mix the A and B solvents thoroughly.
Pour the well-mixed liquid into the 300CC syringe. Gently press the bottom of the syringe to expel any air bubbles in the liquid.
Insert the needle into the deflated area of the doll's chest at about 1-2cm deep, then slowly inject the mixed liquid. Observe the changes in the appearance of the chest. You don't need to worry about the liquid leaking from the injection point as silicone is a highly viscous and resilient material. However, be careful not to insert too deep to avoid piercing the inner wall of the doll's chest. Once you've inserted into the chest's outer layer, you can begin the injection.
Decide the injection amount based on the doll's original chest shape and your ideal chest status. If the chest collapse has not improved, you can choose to continue injecting the thoroughly mixed 1:1 AB silicone gel until the problem is resolved.
After the injection is completed, wait for a day, and the liquid inside the doll's chest will solidify. The collapse issue is now resolved. The doll's chest has regained its original appearance and softness from the factory.
Note:
This method is only applicable to silicone dolls that use gel chests, and where the gel chest is made by internally filling with soft gel. Before using this method, please consult your doll's retail store and Coeros.

A quick and easy fix. The manufacturers should use this gel in production. A kit would be very beneficial.

Sorry, the Repair Deflection Gel Breasts are currently not available for sale on our website. This is due to some issues with customs clearance that occurred previously with this item.Flaneur123 wrote: ↑Sun Nov 12, 2023 2:50 pmHello,Coeros wrote: ↑Wed Aug 23, 2023 12:02 amYes, we will try to have all these tools ready.Flaneur123 wrote: ↑Mon Aug 21, 2023 11:11 pmAre all tools included when we buy this?

Smooth-On also has a "gel" but the video of the cured product looks too firm, and it has a very slow cure time.
I haven't found any examples or the Dragonskin FX-Pro as a solid chunk in a similar size to see what that looks like, but I'm thinking it's not quite squishy enough.
I don't have a background in Silicone rubber chemistry, but based on what I know of other materials, the cure time is likely one indicator of the overall makeup of the product.
Counterpoint to that, they have several versions of Dragonskin 10 that have different cure times, but similar shore hardness.
If there's an issue with getting the gel from Irontech because of customs, there might be domestic alternatives for North American customers, at least.
More than likely it would be easy enough to get in the EU/AU/UK as well.
I just ordered a doll with gel breasts and I've already been thinking about future repairs should a problem arise, but this video is probably the most helpful thing I've seen, so thanks for sharing this. The color, viscosity, and cure time are at least a starting point for figuring out what they're using, or at least something close.
I would imagine the actual Irontech gel is a proprietary blend.

So all we got to do is to extract the liquids from the items.
