Finding cloths for TBLeague M34 male

Could I get some advice please or guidance in the right direction on how to determine if an outfit will fit a TBLeague M34 male Doll before I purchase them? I've been looking on eBay and Amazon and the clothing descriptions do not say anything about size and what dolls they fit. I'm ready to pull the trigger on the M34, but don't want to spend the money if there are no cloths available to fit it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
