Businesses in China, including the doll factories, will close in observance of the annual Chinese Lunar New Year (CNY) Spring Festival from February 1st - February 17th.
There are still 2 weeks left until the ordering cut-off date of January 12th, to have your order to ship before the holiday!
Orders that are not completed by January 30th (to ship on the 31st), will see a temporary pause and will resume on February 18th.
The CNY Holiday is the major holiday in China and is the one time of year that Chinese factory workers travel home to spend time with their families whom they do not get to see all year. They work very hard for us all year, so your kindness, understanding, and above all, patience, in observance of their holiday is greatly appreciated. We and they thank you!

PS- In-stock dolls in the USA warehouses will still be available for shipping throughout the holiday!
If you are considering placing a NEW order after January 12th, we still encourage you to do so! Orders resume in the order they are placed. First-in, first-out! Get ahead of the rush and have your doll completed sooner after the holiday!
