The new leg position is ok. It took some time to figure out some positions that work. Pretty sure the giant boobs get in the way of most positions

I also think that it might have been better if the legs had been split a little bit wider. That was on me though. The images I gave them as references the legs are about as far apart as they are on the doll. I should have increased that. Aw well, live and learn. I have figured out some positions that work and are comfortable. So I am happy.

They most likely could. All those changes seem rather easy. Though you might have to go smaller if you were wanting three breasts. Not a whole lot of surface area to attach them to the chest. Unless maybe you had all the breasts partially fused together near the base?
