Hello, soft heads are simply softer and do not offer the option of eyebrow implants and hair implants. So there's no obvious difference in appearance. And most of our clients opt for hard heads and eyebrow implants.

I'm still new at searching for a doll, and this kind of detail REALLY helps make a decision, and I appreciate it. I wish all manufacturers offered this level of detail.
