Is it normal to have to wait about a month for a product on tiddyshop?

Yes, as we ship from overseas and we use special shipping lines that allow us to offer cheaper shipping options and take care of customs processes for our customers, it takes about a month if you select slow shipping, sometimes longer.

If you receive a tracking number that has no updates, it's because it's still being shipped overseas by our shipping forwarders who don't give tracking updates. Once the package has passed through customs and is in the hands of UPS/etc, the tracking you received will start updating
