Anyone make custom clothes? Looking for a Miko style dress for a Minidoll

I recently purchased a mini doll, it's 55cm tall I'm seeing if anyone knows where I can buy clothes for her or if anyone makes custom made. Right now I'm looking for a Miko style outfit.

Her dimensions are: Height:55cm Width:13cm Bust:43cm Waist:32cm Hips:41cm

I'm not sure if they are custom clothes, but jmdoll's website has many mini doll size costumes. You can ask them if they can produce such costumes.
