If you worry about flat head shape of PVC dolls, the back of the head can be easily heatstretched into shape by hairdryer. The head of the muscular Shunyi inflatable mannequins is a separate chamber (kind of triangular) that shape will depend on how far you inflate it.

You’re totally welcome! Thank you! I wish I would have posed a clothed picture of him, I usually keep him in a denim vest, a studded belt and wrist cuffs and pvc/spandex pants. Total old school hair band gear.

That Tyler Rock had no shaped muscles but at least wasn't as tiny as many other male blowup dolls (see Justin).

I wish they would have done more with his shape as well, but I think he might be the first male inflatable doll released by an American company that they actually put effort into. There is another older male inflatable released around 92/93 called the “International loverboy doll” if I’m not mistaken that doll was also tall (about 6ft). But aside from him Tyler is the only other decent sized male inflatable aside from the new DiaoShi men.

So, he finally arrived!

A male doll is something I would really like to have and the inflatable dude sounds like fun. As a DIY enthusiast of course I started piecing one together. If he works out I'll invest in a good quality inflatable dude and know it was money well spent.

Hi all. Jaxon has evolved a bit over the last few weeks. While not complete just yet I thought I'd give an update.

First, his head. After a trial run Jaxon earned himself a styrofoam head. I mean, he performed well and really did earn it. Lol I spent a few days painting the head before attaching it. I shaved the neck down to fit into the neck of the doll. Then just pushed the inflatable head down into the neck and chest and used that to kind of stabilize the foam head. I think a mannequin head would work as well, but I didn't want to spend more than a few dollars on the experiment. Plus, his wig came in so the bandana has been replaced.

Next is his "skin". The seams of the doll are sharp. I also like softer skin so I found a cheap mesh suit online and ordered it. The size fits him well and is much more skin like than the PVC. The mesh outfit also helped me find a slow air leak from a seam under his arm. Yay. Now I can work on fixing that while I wait on the last of his stuff in the mail. He has gloves and nipples coming. I hope to add wire and stuffing to the gloves to his hands articulation.

I like the interesting concept of this boy's face,
looking at him from my point of view, it is on the very border
of his facial features being somehow within the unisex grouping..

If this boy had long hair, which is very easy to achieve
with the help of a good wig, he could really look like
a real trans-girl on the way, i.e. in the initial phase
of transformation, MTF (male to female) process..

A professional inflatable dude is just what I'm calling a manufactured male blow up love doll. I've spent a lot of free time searching online for one and honestly, while not nearly as common as the female blow up dolls, they are fairly common. Search is your friend and I found most of my leads through the images search. Enjoy the rabbit hole!

Oh, and this thread has lots of great leads too. It sent me on my path.

I totally agree! With a simple change of hair and makeup, His face could easily be feminine or masculine. I plan on giving him slightly longer, messy hair (his hair is a lightly attached wig so it’s easily removable), as well as airbrushing on a 5 o'clock shadow. I’m thinking about trying to stencil on some body hair as well. I found a spray paint that supposedly adheres to soft vinyl.

I love both femme and masc guys, but my tastes tend to lean towards the rough and tough types. And I think it would be a fun challenge to try and turn him into a rugged bad boy type.
