Depends what you mean by "hard" TPE. it's all relative to the user's preferences. Did you not specify that you wanted the soft option (assuming you could select that option) when you ordered?

My JYs, which have the "Platinum" low oil TPE option, are firm, but in my view the firmness actually feels more life-like and natural. The TPE is also very durable, which can be an issue with softer TPE (more prone to tearing, etc). This also applies to silicone, perhaps even more so as silicone is less stretchy than TPE.

Body is like a super toned professional yoga instructor.
She is quite petite, so it works for me. You don't really expect much fat on a 20" waist.

Is yours weight reduction 3.0 or 4.0? They just announced 4.0 a few weeks ago. Supposedly they dropped the weight from 25kg to 19 kg.

I'm about to order the Rong with WR 4 in silicone but I'm waiting on information on what other heads look like on the body. The Rong head, unfortunately, doesn't have ROS so I want to get it with implanted hair, and a second head with ROS... This light weight at 19 to 25kg is very appealing and I hope the softness is truly there. I have an SE silicone pro and it's pretty good...
