Notice to Newly Registered Users

In order to deter trolling and prevent vote stacking on polls, newly registered accounts have the following restrictions:

1) All posts must be approved by a TDF moderator

2) Private messages cannot be sent, although they may be received.
If a new member needs to contact a seller of a doll they are advised to post some congratulatory or complimentary messages on the forum, to remove the restrictions from their account. The Eye Candy forum, for example, is ideal for this.

3) Newly registered users may not vote on polls

4) Newly registered users who have not met the minimum posts, may request management to remove their account restrictions.
This will be done at the discretion of management on a case by case basis.

Newly registered user status is removed automatically when the member has made 5 approved posts.

Any admin or moderator can approve moderated posts regardless of the assigned forum. This should keep things moving swiftly
