PIB Neck Bolt?

Maybe Patrick can help with this one...can a neck bolt be added to a PIB doll that does not currently have one? Say one of the newer 2010 dolls? I see a couple of PIB dolls on the for sale thread, one has a neck bolt, the other does not. Both are only a few months old. I just wonder if one can be screwed in to the doll without the neck bolt...

There is a slight possibility of that...but most likely, if the piece does not have the bolt, we did not include the bit of hardware that makes it work.
Each piece is unique. Some have this, some have that...
