I have the same issue. I like the doll a lot and I would buy her again. Only the vagina was too tight. I cut it a bit on the top which makes sex a lot better. Still I have the feeling that the material is too hard.

I read that the 2010 model has been improved but I am not sure if you can retrofit other material lips into a doll. Should be possible.

My Valerie's labia kept taring and was hard, so I replaced it with PIB 'Big Clit' amd problem solved.
If you have an insert, then a PIB insert ,may work.
He does make one also.(toonist)
