Hey Alex, can I ask you favor :)
Could you take a picture from behind so I can see how she is placed agaist that stand?
I cant figure out now if she is standing or hanging.
Does it work for all dolls?

Hey Alex!
Kayla is just lovely as always! Her dress is awesome. I love well done animal prints.
That stand looks great too! Too bad it's not available here in the states.
How stable is the base with only 2 arms with 3 feet?

I've made 3 stands for my girls. One out of a steel coat rack and two from a couple
of tubular, chromed steel stands, with cast, 4 footed bases, used for retail display:

The top 20 inches is a square hardwood furniture leg with about 7 holes drilled at 1 inch intervals to accept any height doll and the tallest platform shoes.
I rounded the bottom 8 inches of the wooden part to go down snugly into the tube.
The white section is a piece of pvc tubing used as a spacer to lower or raise the grab hook an additional 2 1/2 inches.
The doll's butt crack (sorry, only way to say it!) rests against the 1 3/4 inch chromed steel tube, minimizing silicone damage.
There is a large wing nut on the bolt that holds the hook so it's position is easily changed.
The feet are polished chromed steel so it moves well. I avoid sliding it on the oak flooring though.
The third stand is very similar to that one but has only three legs.

skybird100000, no problem.

Here are two pics showing how she hangs:

She's definitely hanging, because I can lift her feet off the ground, and her torso will be in the same position.
I've only positioned the hanging bracket in such a way, that her feet/shoes realistically touch the floor, but there's basically no weight resting on them.
This gives the illusion that she's standing.

She's hanging by a clip on the hanging bracket, the chain is only there as a safety precaution, if the bracket would slide down, or the hook would break, Kayla wouldn't go face down to the floor, but would still be hanging on the chain from the top of the stand.

Here's a picture of just the hanging bracket:

The stand would work for all dolls with a neck bolt.

Guitar Boy, if the wheels are positioned properly, the stand is pretty stable. I could push it over, if I wanted, but it won't tip over lightly. Especially with the weight of the doll holding it down.
Thing is, I'm real handy with a computer, but I'm a noob when it comes to tools and creating things out of nothing, like doll stands, so I'm forced to buy them. I admire you guys who're able to build your own.

Hi skybird100000 :) The dolls are fine when hanging from the neck bolt, that's the way Abyss designed them

My almost 5 year old Realdoll has probably hung from her neckbolt for maybe half her age, and that never caused an issue.

Like Kharn said, Abyss designed the neckbolt this way, so the doll could be stored hanging.

I don't think there has ever been an issue with a neckbolt breaking while a doll was hanging on it.
