I can't stop looking at her. Every time this topic comes up to the first page of recent posts, I look at her. Her face looks so natural. She doesn't look stiff at all. She looks so real.

Hi, That's what happens when you click a fast shot and don't check for color corrections...  I think I mentioned the odd lighting in the initial post. We were actually a bit leery about making such a dark piece...but man o man...it really turned out sweet. Thanks for that comment about her looking so life-like. We're a bit proud of that. I can see where you might get that "purple" tone...We're just practicing so we can make a big "Barney" for you.... \ P

Glad this post came back up. In another post, I said that a doll can't replace real girls. Well I guess I'll have to eat my words. She comes pretty close. Patrick did a wonderful job. I know I'll never get a real Black Girl, or a White one for that matter, so this gives me hope. As for the purple hue mentioned by members, I would guess it's due to the photography. No need to worry though, since we're all the same color when the lights are out.
