One more maintenance operation needs to be performed tonight now that our DNS issues are straightened out. Sorry everyone, I didn't get to the maintenance last night. Blame some bad fast food that gave me some mild food poisoning and had me up half the night sick as a dog. Between bouts of...well, exiting two ways, maintenance was the last thing on my mind.

All my PM's are now gibberish. I just sent a long PM last night and now its totally lost in gibberish.

People, your PM's are definitely NOT lost, nor damaged, they're just not being decoded properly.

Please don't delete them, or try to change them, because that will damage them, and they'll be lost.

As soon as the problem that is causing this is resolved, the PM's will return to their previous state.

We apologize for any inconvenience. In upgrading to .10 from .09 a comparability issue surfaced with some custom mods. It was necessary to restore the .09. During this time any attachments were stored in the lovedollsform.com domain folder. We have since copied the uploads back to the dollforum.com folder The switch back to the .09 has corrected the problem with the private messaging. Please not that only messages since October 16, 2011 were affected.

If anyone has had any problems being logged out after clicking recent posts or using 3rd party referral links please let us know.

This happened to me as well, but after clearing the cookies, it worked again, so, that's what I advice you to do as well.

Edit: Scratch that, I thought it worked, but it still asks me to log in, even after selecting to remember me.

I also have to relog in every time I visit, sometime every time I switch from one page to another.

It seems to be fixed, I also see 4 additional cookies now, which weren't there yesterday.

Sorry folks. The .10 upgrade caused some issues that were bad enough that I reverted the site back to the dollforum.com domain and back to .9

We had wanted to do both the domain switch and upgrade at the same time to save time, but it looks like I will have to do them on separate days. I'll do the domain switch tonight and then will attempt the upgrade again at a later date when we can determine the cause of the pm encoding issues.
