I don't think they sell those girls with that big a breast. Normally they can be quite pneumatic, but that looks like a custom job.

yes it is a Volks Dollfie Dream doll base with a modded upper body i think they heated the chest and made them bigger by hand. Seeing how the joint at the upper shoulder is sucked in from where some of the material in the shoulder area was used, you can almost see into where the skeleton for the doll is. i think someone become creative with a heat gun

Everyone is right. It is a Dollfie Dream base body ver.2. The bust is a after aftermarket part called Peach Pai. They are made of silicone. You can find them on ebay sometimes.
