Wall Hanging Device?

I noticed several dolls being hung by a device which is attached to a wall or door. It is made of wood and has the hanging device attached to it.
It is the wood, then, which is attached to the wall.

I went to Home Depot to see if they had such a device with no luck.

Are these hand made or were they bought somewhere?

I have an ideal location to mount one but would rather buy one already assembled than to assemble one myself.

You can get those from Abyss, or at least you could at one point. Never got one myself because I have shelving all the way around the closet. Ask them about it.
