I want to buy a real doll but i just saw something very outrageous

Ordering costs 6049,00 US$ = 6058,09 Euro
Shipping costs 800,00 US$ = 801,20 Euro
Bank transfer costs 32,79 Euro
Custom duties (4,7%) 227,50 Euro
Sales tax (16%) 820,20 Euro
Additional costs 154,78 Euro
Total costs 8094,56 Euro = 8657,13 US$

5050 + 800 that's ok for me
but there is 1800$ just for TAX!!! that's huge!!!!
there is not way to paid less tax???

I'm loocking for french who buy a realdoll and want to tell me how much they paid and how? please pm me a message

it's better to pick up in CA or let them ship to europe?

Maybe you should consider a latex realdoll instead;
i don't know how much it would be for an international shipment,
but i suppose it would be a lot less.

Or buy another doll like the (upcoming) S18, or if you really want a silicone doll, considering a Andy doll from Creator (he's in Gemany).

Matt, will you get some distributors in Europe someday

I don't know about the country where's this guy bought the real doll but it's in europe. and I just ask if there is not another way less expensive to ship to france.
2600$ just for shipping and Tax...
it's little bit less than half of the real doll price -_-'
and I don't want to buy the deushland doll they seems not very various and much less beautifull than the real doll (sorry about that)

then Ordering costs 6049,00 US$ = 4,925.57 EUR
Shipping costs 800,00 US$ = 651.420 EUR

the Netherlands yet, maybe I'am first dollforum member
in the Netherlands that will buy one...).
His amounts are showed on his internet site in About me:

Orig. Price: 6050$ / 5650€
Shipping cost: 800$ / 747€
German toll: 325€
Fees: 45€
German sales Tax (16%): 869€
Transport and ad. fees airport-home: 249€
Total cost: 7885€ !!

This isn't very different from the 8094.56 euro you're mentioning.
So I think this are the costs for ordering one.
