Are you sure that there is a bending point in the stomage area.

I may then try by more force. Maybe may joint have stucked.
Re: Range of Motion & maintenance
I have now tried with as much force as I can and still I am not able to find any bending point.
Maybe I am doing something wrong.
Anyone who had any idea ?

I'll dare to make a statement. The range of motion chart shown is like the one I have for my Sarah, a Blanka doll.Asterix wrote:Hello !

If I lift her from just above the butt cheeks, with her on her back, her back archs ( quite nicely).
With her on her back, if I lift her with my hands placed above where the shoulder blades would go, she bends forward from the stomach area.
That joint is a bit tight.

Re: Range of Motion & maintenance
I thinks the chart of motion is a kind of standard one, because I have seen the same on other dolls from differnent manufaturers.
I have done exactly as you desribed and with so much force I felt comfortable with doing.
I was beliving that maybe Eric from Yourdoll could give a comment here.

Re: Range of Motion & maintenance
I mentioned this earlier in my review. I would be very cautious about applying any kind of force to this doll or any for that matter. Usually if you have to force something, something is not right.Asterix wrote:Hello !

It may be, that my doll was not supposed to bend there, or I may have misunderstood exactly where you are trying to bend.
I only bend my doll at the shoulders, elbows, hips and knees. I don't move the hands or feet much as there is not enough time in use with any of them to know how long the bending of such delicate areas will last. The neck does also bend, but again, I don't bend it much at all.
I would not risk breaking an expensive doll for the sake of a little movement.
Re: Range of Motion & maintenance
I fully agree with you and be careful with moving joint to much or force them in any way.
My point of view in this case is if there are a bending then it should be able to bend.
At leats you can require that the bending points are tested in factory before shipping.
