So i finally got my daisy, but it looks like the tsa used a knife on her. Split her right down the middle, dress and all. It looks like they even took the glue from the box since there is a empty one with only a cap left.

thats just insault to injury isn't it. Also they wrapped her up in the pink plastic so i didn't see it till i pulled her out. Now i have to get the proxy glue designed to fix this kind of stuff.

anyone ever had this kind of issue before.

That's destruction of property. Surely, there's something that can be done.

Very sad.
Thats not a small rip or cut that might go unnoticed if you glue her back up just right. That's a major deep slash right down her whole body.
I hope your able to fix her up as much as you can.
Contact the seller. They should let you know what to do or who knows maybe they'll replace her for you if there nice..best of luck!

Well, the site is messed up..this would hopefully be replaced by the company..

..I don't know, though.. I'm starting to wonder if the 'shooting down dreams' business is booming..

I've noticed that a large number of devices I've received in the mail lately have been broken.

Seems intentional if they dumped the tube and left the cap.. like, YOU AINT GONNA BE FIXING THIS..

SOMEONE HELP THIS GUY!!

thanks for the sympathy. I'm sure i should be able to make some repairs some how, but it just gets me that they handled it so badly, i could understand if it was just a small cut but it looks like they jammed it pretty deep considering the depth of the package. it almost looks like it was intentional since it goes at least down to the other side inside the doll rather it was split even on the other side of the doll on its back.

no, im not going to accept that, I'm trying to figure out who to contact first. I would assume fedex since they are the ones that shipped it. Just trying to find the number to call at the moment. I'll likely have to wight till monday since there is no service on sundays.

Uh..well was the box destroyed like Freddy Kreuger and Jason from Friday the 13th gang banged your doll blindfolded while killing it? If the box had giant, Corky with a crotchbat marks all over it.. hmm.

Make a claim for her replacement plus shipping costs plus compensation.

I couldn't accept it if a carrier, or the TSA, or whatever agency made even the smallest cut into a doll

I agree, don't start to repair her yourself. Just take pictures, collect all evidence, make a claim!

This is so, so horrible! I hope you can find the bastard who did this. This is not just opening the box with a cutter.
It's crazy what jealous people do nowadays!
As the previous reply says: don't fix the doll. Take pictures and claim damage.

Are the dolls actually insured during transport? I mean, any delivery company should be held responsible for safe delivery of the goods.

Hi! Please PM us the tracking number of your package. We will check with out agent if there is anything that we can do. First time in my life I see something like this... Some crazy dude had to beat work that day :/ It looks as if someone just wanted to be mean because he destroyed the doll, her dress and also he ruined the repair glue !

Plus I can see very well the dress is torn by hands... :/

1st I do not think this is TSA. It would have been Customs. But IMO if Customs opened the box they would tape it up with there tape. They do not care if you know it was them that damaged your item. So If you have no US Customs Tape This is all about shipping. You need to put in a shipping claim ASAP. And then you will see the out come of that with your tracking no# or new claim no# I have trouble with Customs from China all the time with Ecig and Ebatteries. The shipper will pay unless customs gives a good reason they have done the damage. Customs don't have to pay for damage done.
