yeah I saw these guys too, they're based in Spain right?

from what I knew these dolls were designed and made by 1am, who do offer the katie in various sizes - basically katie is a head, who then fits on to certain of their bodies

the 140cm katie that we all love is sold by 1amdolls in usa right? but they could probably sell her in other sizes if you asked
