Re: Introducing Brooke, a Starpery 148F review
You mentioned weight at 80lbs. Was that a typo? Asking because I see this model listed at around 60ish lbs.
Thanks!

Not a typo, I double checked and my scale is super precise. She is exactly 80.1 pounds (36.4 kg) with the head on.cycleingking wrote: ↑Tue Jan 02, 2024 11:50 am @Babel99

Awesome, thanks for the confirmation. Definitely should be noted that actual WR weight is much higher than advertised. I definitely considered this model as a lightweight option previously. On another note, Brooke is super sexy. 36kg not terrible weight but not the 29-30kg w/o head as advertised.Babel99 wrote: ↑Tue Jan 02, 2024 12:34 pmNot a typo, I double checked and my scale is super precise. Interesting about that weight difference, it’s almost a scam of SP to advertise that false weight information because weight is a big factor, will check my SP 165G on the scale too now , she is weight reduction too , and listed at 43kg and hell no she only weighs 43 Kg she feel much heavier.
I had wanted a doll without WR but I felt she is a very big butt lady and had been way too heavy. But if the weight are almost the same I will be really disappointed on SP

Hello AI Bundy,Al Bundy wrote: ↑Sun Dec 31, 2023 1:29 am Good review and wonderful pictures, thank you!
I was interested in this Doll when it came out but didn't like the Zoey Head... it was the only down sized Head at the time and i was told all other Heads would look weird on it. Is this a down sized Hedy Head now or a regular sized one? Thanks for info!
Hedy is only one size, and when designing the new dolls, we have fully considered the head-to-shoulder ratio, so the shoulder width of 148 body is normally suitable for most heads.

Re: Introducing Brooke, a Starpery 148F review
I do agree about the weight though, 80 lbs is a bit more than I would prefer. Although that is certainly competitive for a doll with these features. But I do believe the lower weight listed was referring to the silicone version and not the TPE model. I will be interested to see a review of this model in silicone with the lower weight. However, the many positive aspects of this doll may make the weight more than worth the bit of extra effort!
(Edit - just realized there is a review of this doll in the Silicone version a few more threads down. Great review and pics but he hasn't been able to weigh the doll yet.)

Yes absolutely. I asked for it, but if you don't mention it, you will get her standard. In few weeks from now, Brooke won't have these anymore (paint does not stick for long on TPE). But it is fine, the TPE is the color of her legs. The freckles were also added by me with a temp brown marker. I do have the simplest trick that gives SUPER natural freckles (for people into it).
