Thank you for your feedback. The shipping companies we use, are supposed to send out emails whenever they pick up a package, to alert the person who will receive it, but apparently it has not worked out very well.Elixes wrote:Unfortunately they did this to me also. Otherwise they (MSLD) has great service, generous with clothes, and my WM140 (who I call Kaaroli) arrived in perfect condition!
So now, we have started sending out an email ourselves, whenever a doll has been shipped, so that you will know when it has been sent. I'm sorry about this, I hope you understand.
