Oh yeah, the Mannequin Fan hands are a quantum leap in realism and add a whole new dimension to how your doll can pose and what she can do! Again, Trick700, I heartily commend the absolutely stellar job you did on the installation.

I have make a STUDY about ALL material for Finger : Copper, Titane, Steel, ALuminium....

Wire use by MF is nice, but the 6191x is a bit better.

That's cool and I appreciate your effort, but none of my dolls will ever have wire fingers again.

But actualy, system with Hand mecanik can break easily... Soo with Wire no break....

MF Hand is nice because it is Hybrid, no rigid as mechanical , and flexible as wire. But just too big for me....

Hi Adheraq, thanks for doing that study.

As I mentioned earlier in this thread, I did find that the 6491X wire works nicely in lieu of the THHN.
For those in Europe it will be much easier to come by.
For those in U.S., the THHN wire will be cheap and commonly available at places like Home Depot, Lowes, etc.

Twice wire is nice, I think change FIngers of my Doll with single Wire....

As I mentioned before, you could use the hand plate with the metacarpals (which all occur in the palm) and just use the 6491X wire for the fingers without the printed pieces if you are worried about the size.

At the First Time I just wanted change Wire and keep plate origin. But yea good idea.

Finally got a new photo of the final hand skeleton design (with hinges) to update the blog page.
For this build I used the 6491X wire which is more commonly available in Europe. It works very nicely for posing.

BTW, that loop on the palm plate needs to be cut off.
It was just to hold the little eye bolt insert. Was the insert on the loop?

Okay, good to know I was wondering about that loop and yes the insert was on the loop. Took me a few times to look at the parts realize it was there, lol.
