Neck surgery
Symptoms very loose neck joint head does not hold position just flops forward.
So should just be a matter of locating the ball joint and tightening a set screw. Well maybe not there is no set screw.
I found the approximate location of the ball joint made cut at the back of the neck. Then I was able to expose the ball joint through the cut. Well guess what no set screw just a ball joint. So I peened the ball joint to tighten it up because I did not have a set screw and tap available to me it seems to have helped somewhat but I think Eventually I will have to install a set screw.
