He was an endless source of inspiration and information and a generous, likable guy. He will be missed!

A Pillar of the doll world. He will be sorely missed. He so loved Kwench - she cries for him. Farewell good Doll Brother.
:glou:
Indeed! He loved our girls like his own, Courtney, Dawn and Erica. He certainly loved Kwench, Tasha and especially Chrissy. He was like a beloved uncle to them all.

We often PM'd and talked on Skype. He was the type of man that "nice guys" are modeled after. I will miss him :(

It's always very sad when a good friend passes. I often chatted to him on Skype and did wonder why he hadn't been present on TDF over the pass couple of weeks. Anna did explain that her father had very high blood pressure, so I guess that was a determining factor.

Anna also said that any of his TDF and UK LoveDoll friends are welcome at his memorial. Again, as Nescio has posted, if you'd like these details, then please request them from staff.

I guess he'll now be at peace with the love of his life and be looking down on all his buddies here.

Rest in peace my dear friend

This is very sad news to learn about John's passing and what a Loss to the doll world and this forum! It will not be the same here without him and his girls gracing the forum. :(

Like TJ_FOXX, John invited me to the Hershey doll meet in 2014 and I had the privilege of him stopping by here at my home to see my girls and I 4 years straight 2014, 15, 16, 17 on his way to the meet. We would spend a couple of hours sitting in the dolls room chatting about just about everything and had a great time doing so.

Then he would follow me thru the back roads here in PA to the meet which was only 26 miles from my home and I would carry his dolls into the venue for him to help him out. We had a lot of great fun at the meets and his favorite doll of mine was Stephanie. He just Loved her to no end and always wanted to take her home with him. :)

Several times he did a Skype call with Nescio and Kharn at the same time and we would say hello and chat a little with them, good times to be sure.

He called me at the beginning of this year to ask me about the new venue and I told him about it and how it compared to the Hershey venue. I have not chatted with him since that call and it is sad to know that we will not be able to get together in the future. :(

I wish his family well during this time and Salute him as one of the very best friends that I met here thru this wonderful forum.

Rest in Peace my friend Deerman! You will be sorely missed! :glou: :glou: :glou:

Extremely sad news. He was a well loved guy and very respected member of the community. Best wishes to his family and friends. It's hard enough to lose someone at all, but especially hard when we lose someone as genuine and friendly as John. I guess he'll always remain just past the pond, the last deer trail on the left. Rest In Peace.
