New member to my Family coming - SmartDoll - Kizuna

I have to say I was a little skeptical at first because of their small size and expensive price, but I'm really starting to dig these dolls. They are so freaking gorgeous and all the poses and clothing and accessories, make them very photogenic. I just wish everything wasn't so damn expensive. Being a huge nerd, dork, weeb, everything I like is expensive. Of course I've spent a small fortune on anime figures and statues, might as well get one you can pose and customize.

This may seem like a dumb question but I see little difference between the Milk and cinnamon skin tone? I see little difference. I'm guessing it would be like the white and normal flesh tone on TPE dolls?

It's been a while since I look at these little demons of Danny Choo, but I have not yet made the move. By dint of reading the publications of Dees Luver and when I also see the cute Kizuna, I resist, I resist ... but until when?

ya I think cinnamon is just a slight difference plus could be the lighting of their picture as they do look very close to each other maybe just a hit of tan.

As for the cost I agree they are expensive! Especially to get clothes from Smart Doll too. Bought a few items from Etsy and JodieCreations now as their prices a little more reasonable. ie) I got 3 outfits from JC for like 1/3rd the price it would be from Smart Doll themselves for just 1 outfit.

But for photo shoots and stuff she is amazing easy to move around, pose and take places etc. Been raining here for past few days so haven't had the chance yet.

And they just damn cute!! And like you said I just wish my hobbies I like weren't so expensive!!

@ranmamale- if you are a big nerd get yourself a 3D printer and print your own doll. algaeholics over on the UK site made two. check thingiverse they have anime 1/3 scale dolls you can print or pay to have printed.

Hmmmz never thought about printing one. But they do have furniture and stuff I can print. =0)

I thought I'd mentally corrected enough for my tendency to imagine her being smaller, but it seems the correction just wasn't big enough
My first thought seeing that picture was "where did you find so small candy bars?". Then it clicked that they're regular candy bars
