Dear Beautiful Dolls,
If you get a chance could you please inquire if this could be custom made with hollow breasts and forget about the penetration passageways at the nipples.
My guess is that the mold around the inside of that huge nipple has something already permanently attached that cannot be altered but I thought I would ask.

I really like the look but I hate the feel of solid TPE breasts. Thanks.

I think you'd eventually run into issues structurally if they were hollow... inside of the nipple getting a tear/poke thru would probably collapse/deform the breast.

im with you tho.. maybe having big non-pen nipples/hollow breast an option

This could be definitely made with hollow breast, I'm knowing from my Miko (HiDoll/Dolicious).

Do you mean to say that it does not have the nipple tunnels for penetration. If it does then that is a very complicated fabrication process that there could be hollowness in there as well. The balloon must be shaped like a doughnut.

They have the nippel tunnel for penetration with the airpocket around, you are right that is not easy for the fabrication process but it is

and how deep are the nipple canals? Are they connected with each other for easy flushing out/cleaning? How big can you stretch them?
