Her new labia was cast in mould and came out as one piece. I have come long way from Julias mod, and can cast quite realistic labia now, but basically Julias labia was one TPE piece like at the picture below.

Before attaching a new labia I have filled and closed her holes and I have made her crotch as smooth as I can.

Next I begin lowering her new labia on to her smoothened crotch area like you would lower a piece of cheese on the sandwich cheese touching one end first.

I would constantly move my soldering iron between the new labia and smoothed crotch area fusing them together as I gently lower her new labia piece on to its place.

There is propably a need to do some afterwork fusing labia piece edges better to the main body. Mons Veneris will also require some sculpting to fit the main body.

This is quite difficult and time consuming, but also rewarding process if you succeed very well.

To make the new labia do you remove tpe from the body of the doll? If yes how do you proceed? When did you fix your WM 160 black where did you get the TPE needed for buttock repairs?

Could you tell where you bought the labia in the photo to make the mold? Sorry so many questions, I have a spare body and thought I'd use it for testing.

If I'm successful I think about upgrading my YL.

Hi!

To make a new labia I can remove sufficient amount of TPE material from inside her vaginal canal and then fill her with rescued TPE material which does not have the same color. If I have been able to get TPE material of similar color I use that. There are number of ways to get extra TPE material. Some members sell TPE material, you can ask some TPE from manufacturers or you can buy a second hand broken doll-body. You could also use extra inserts or sex-toys for TPE.

I do not have WM160 black, but I have YL160 "Serena". Actually I have not done anything other than outer modifications on her pussy. Her labia is near original. Her bum had nasty tear which I corrected just by melting back together.

Pussyprints are silicone and you have several pussy-types to choose from. I was tempted to buy them all, but decided to settle on two pussyprints.

You can produce a mould with plaster and then cast molten TPE to form your perfect realistic TPE labia. At picture below original silicone labias and ready made moulds.
