The implants weren't available in 2016.
I got my Sanhui 145 in 2016 and none of the options they have today were available then.
She wasn't too firm for me, but then again I'm not a big fan of TPE softness. Boobs and ass are great, I just don't like the whole body being that soft.

The original Sanhui 160 came out in March or April 2016. She is curvier than the 165 in my opinion. If she had been released a month or 2 earlier, I might have had one. At the time, the 145 was curvier than the 165 which is why I went with the 145. Had the 160 been available when I ordered, I may have got her instead.

It looks to me like the one in the bikini has all the gel options. Looks consistent with my doll.
