Quick question in how to post pictures of my new and first doll?

And in addition to uploaded attachments, you can always link to photos hosted elsewhere (like The Doll Album) with IMG tags, which you'll find in the "Full Editor" post composition screen.

On it's host page, right click the photo and choose "copy image location" and then you can paste it between the tags like this:
