My First Doll!

Hey after 5 years i have finally got my first doll. I got her from an online friend who had purchased her and never opened the box. I am unsure how many owners she has had previous as her knees are a little scraped and her legs arent as stiff around the hip joints. I cant complain as I have saved around £300 off the price of a brand new one. She arrived 13th august. when she arrived i was caught off guard by the weight of the package and getting her upstairs was a task. The box weighed almost the same as she did. Today I havent quite decided on a name yet. I have taken a couple of pictures, (sorry about the quality!)

It is a huge day when your first doll arrives. An event you can really look back and remember.

I waited a whole month to get my Agnes, so I'm you know, that once I got her, I have been putting her to good use :D

I want her to last me a long time, so I've been cleaning her after every use. I didn't realize that she would be as heavy as she is, so cleaning her is becoming a chore.

Do you guys have any tips/tricks on keeping the doll's "private parts" clean?

congrats! she is lovely, and I hope she keeps you very good company for a long time. as for taking better pictures. I dunno. I think it's a combination of pose, style and lighting. It's more taking a picture of a person than an object, you want to capture the illusion of natural motion, even if there is obviously no motion. that's the only think I can really think of.. unless you meant camera quality, I have nothing to advise there.
