If you spray a little fabric softener (diluted with water) on the hair, it will brush much easier and will be soft and shinny.

I started using leave in conditioner. Its worked well but thank you for the tip

Yesterday I noticed that she had a spot on her bum that her skin layer peeled off. I also noticed how it was easy for it to continue getting bigger. So I sent DS a email. They replied quickly with instructions and also sent me a video. Basically Sili-Poxy (thanks normalhuman but I don't know how to tag you). But they put that vid on their youtube page. So all in all I would say that's pretty good customer service.
